6-ounce all beef patty, regular mustard, mayo, pickles, on a butter toasted potato Kaiser bun, served with DK fries
Porky Fig $18
2 large pork belly sliders, caramelized apple, red bell pepper, pickled carrot, date/fig jam made with Little Brown Bat beer, Maxton mango spread, served on a grilled Ciabatta bun. Comes with pasta salad.
Crab Cakes $20
2 golden crab cakes made with fresh claw meat, served with our own mango salsa and DK’s remoulade “Remmy” sauce.
Warming Bowl $17
Diced cumin roasted sweet potato, ancient grains lemon/thyme quinoa, cauliflower, root vegetable soul dip, blistered roasted grape tomatoes, almond and toasted pumpkin seeds to garnish.
Hash Fritters $14
2 fritters made with chickpea, red lentils, corn and potato. Hand made and fried golden. Served with a lemon tahini drizzle.
Flaky bites $10
Choice of:
a) 3 flaky “Queen’s bites” filled with Ontario tomato marinara, mozzarella cheese, and 100 Acre basil pesto
b) 3 flaky puff pastries with whipped potato soufflé and chive
