We are so excited to welcome LOWLANDS FIRE FOOD as our winter vendor every Thursday - Sunday! Lowlands will be here over the winter serving up a variety of authentic wood-fired foods using fresh toppings that highlight local farmers! This season Max will be experimenting and getting creative, trying some new recipes to go along with his famous pizzas!

PIZZAS:

  • MARGHERITA: Home-made tomato sauce, buffalo milk mozzarella, freshly picked basil, topped with basil fused EVOO
  • PEPPERONI: Home-made tomato sauce, mozzarella, mild pepperoni, grated parmesan, topped with basil fused EVOO
  • REAL CANADIAN: Home-made tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, grilled mushrooms
  • SPICY PICKLED PIE: Basil EVOO base, mozzarella, spicy pickled carrots, grilled onions, spinach, chilli infused oil & chilli flakes.
  • FUN GUY PIE: Basil EVOO base, mozzarella, grilled mushrooms, buffalo milk mozzarella, sesame seed crust, topped with green onions.
  • YUKON GEM: Basil EVOO base, thin cut Yukon Gem potatoes, mozzarella, grilled onions, local thick cut bacon, spinach, jalapeño aioli drizzle.
  • ROASTED GARLIC DILL OR JALAPENO AIOLI DIPS AVAILABLE.

SOURDOUGH SANDWICH:

  • CHICKEN & BACON: Sourdough, garlic butter, empire mozzarella, bacon, 100 Acre beer can chicken, Swiss chard, pickled carrots, EVOO & garlic dill sauce.

SALADS:

  • CAESAR SALAD: Chopped Swiss chard, sourdough croutons, parmesan with in-house Caesar dressing.
